In short
We want everyone to be able to research, quote and buy on shopvram.com. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Where we are
- The store is new. We have not yet had a full independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
- What every page aims for: real text instead of text in images, headings in order, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus and readable text sizes. The cookie banner works with a keyboard alone.
- Known gap: the server configurator is the most complex part of the site. If any step does not work for you, email us the configuration you want and we will build the quote for you by email.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We will reply, fix what we can, and help you complete your quote or order another way in the meantime.
Other ways to buy
Everything on the site can be done by email: product questions, quotes, orders, RMAs and invoices. Ask for any document in plain text if a PDF does not work for you.
