Shipping and export

In short

We ship worldwide by DHL Express, insured. Advanced GPUs are export-controlled, so every order is screened before it ships. Lead times count from the later of payment clearing and screening passing. This page restates sections 8, 9 and 11 of our Terms of Sale. If they ever differ, the Terms apply.

1. Shipping methods

  • DHL Express: door to door, tracked, insured for the invoice value. Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020). Risk passes to you when the shipment arrives at your address, ready for unloading.
  • Rack systems may need freight and a site survey. Your quote sets out the method.

2. Lead times

Stock state on the product page Typical lead time
In stock Ships within 72 hours for most items
Allocation 2 to 4 weeks, longer for some SXM parts
Quote 6 to 10 weeks for HGX systems, longer for full racks
Configured servers GPU lead time plus assembly and a 48-hour burn-in

Current estimates for items that differ from the typical figure:

Product Stock state Current estimate
H100 SXM 80GB In stock 1 to 2 weeks
H200 SXM 141GB Allocation 3 to 6 weeks
B200 SXM 192GB Allocation 4 to 8 weeks
HGX B300 8-GPU Quote 6 to 10 weeks
GB300 NVL72 Quote 8 to 12 weeks

Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The product page and your quote always show the latest figure.

3. Insurance, duties and taxes

  • Every DHL shipment is insured for its invoice value. Report damage or shortages within 5 business days, with photos. See Returns and warranty.
  • Under DAP you are the importer of record. You pay import duties, import VAT or GST, customs fees and brokerage when DHL asks.
  • DDP, where we handle import, is available only if your quote says so.
  • US sales tax is added where we must collect it.

4. Export compliance: what to expect

Products such as H100, H200, B200 and HGX systems are controlled under the US Export Administration Regulations, with classifications including ECCN 3A090 and 4A090. Other products can also be controlled. US law makes us check who gets them and why.

When What we ask for
Quote request Company name, country, and the end user and end use if they differ from you
Before we accept an order for a datacenter product, a configured server or any shipment outside the US A signed end-user statement on our form: end user name and address, end use, final destination, and a promise not to re-export without authorisation
Any order, when screening needs it Company registration documents, ID for the signatory and beneficial owners, proof of address, and a purchase order or contract
Before shipping We screen every party against US restricted party lists, including the OFAC SDN List and the BIS Entity, Denied Persons, Unverified and Military End-User lists
After delivery For datacenter products, we may ask you to confirm the installation site during the warranty period
  • We record the serial number of every unit against your order and end user. Warranty service needs a matching serial.
  • An order is not accepted until screening passes. Lead times start when it does.
  • We refuse or cancel orders that fail screening, that we cannot lawfully ship, or where the documents we ask for are not provided.
  • Re-export or transfer needs any US and local authorisation that applies. That responsibility is yours once you own the goods.

5. Where we do not ship

  • Countries and regions under comprehensive US sanctions. At the time of writing this includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and so-called Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine.
  • Any destination, end user or end use for which US rules require a licence we do not hold. For advanced GPUs this includes China, including Hong Kong and Macau, Russia and Belarus, among others.
  • Any person or company on a US restricted party list, or owned or controlled by one.

This list follows OFAC sanctions programs and BIS rules and changes when they change. The current official lists govern, not this page. Ask us before quoting if you are unsure about a destination.

6. Get an end-user statement form

Email [email protected] with the subject “End-user statement” and your quote or order number. We send the form back by email. It is also attached to every quote for a controlled product. Return it signed by an authorised person at the end user, on company letterhead where possible.
