Are the cards new?
Yes. Factory-sealed, in original packaging. We check every serial number against the distributor record before it ships, and list the serials on your invoice.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship within 72 hours by DHL Express, insured for full value. Allocation parts ship on the week we date in writing at order.
How do volume tiers work?
The tier is set by the total number of GPUs in your cart, loose cards plus cards inside server builds. 2 to 7 GPUs: 3% off every GPU. 8 to 31: 6%. 32 and up: 10%. Chassis, CPUs, memory, storage, network and assembly stay at list.
Why are some items quote-only?
SXM modules, HGX baseboards and NVL72 racks are allocated per order. Price and date move weekly, so we confirm both in writing within 4 business hours before you pay.
What warranty do I get?
3 years on workstation and gaming-pro cards, handled by us. Datacenter parts carry the manufacturer warranty; we file and track claims for you.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or escrow on any order (invoice follows at checkout). Card payments are coming. Escrow on orders over $50,000. Letter of credit on large orders. Net-30 for approved accounts.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Some datacenter parts are export-controlled: we may need end-user documentation, and some destinations are restricted. We tell you before you pay, never after.
Who builds the servers?
We assemble every server to order, run a 48-hour burn-in, install the OS and CUDA if you picked one, and ship it with the burn-in log.
Can I return a card?
Unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Opened items are covered by warranty if faulty. Details on the returns and warranty page.
